What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. The Anela Health platform is deployed by healthcare organizations under separate written agreements, including a business associate agreement where protected health information is involved. Those agreements, not this policy, govern how the platform handles patient data.
Please don’t send patient information through this site
This website is a place to learn about Anela Health and get in touch with us. It is not designed to receive patient records, clinical details or other protected health information, and we ask that you do not send any through the contact options on this site.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, work email, organization, role and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. This site is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page) and may set cookies needed for the site to work and to measure traffic. Squarespace’s own privacy policy describes this in detail. If you book a call, the scheduling tool we link to collects the information needed to create the appointment under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you send us for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you (hosting, email and scheduling tools), and where required by law. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing pawel@anelahealth.com.
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Children
This site is intended for healthcare and benefits professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
